Are your sensory mixes safe for children?
Yes! All our sensory mixes are made with non-toxic, child-safe ingredients. They are designed with little ones in mind and are free from harmful chemicals.
What age are the sensory mixes suitable for?
Our mixes are suitable for children aged 18 months and up. As with all small-part play, adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years old.
What ingredients are in the sensory mixes?
Each mix is made from natural, sensory-safe materials, which may include dried rice, beans, pasta, couscous, tapioca pearls, chickpeas, non-toxic paints and dyes. If you have allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.
Are the mixes edible?
Our sensory mixes are not intended to be eaten. While they are made from non-toxic materials, they are play products only. Always supervise young children during play.
Play & Use
How do I use a sensory mix?
Simply pour your mix into a sensory table, tray, or bin and let your child explore! Add scoops, cups, and small toys to extend the play. Our mixes work beautifully with our Sensory Table and Wooden Sensory Boards.
How long does a sensory mix last?
With proper storage in a sealed container, your mix can last for several months. Keep it dry and away from direct sunlight to maintain its texture and colour.
Can the mixes be used outdoors?
Yes! Our mixes are great for outdoor sensory play. Just keep them away from wind and moisture to preserve them for longer.
