Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or incorrect items- If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at megvanrensburg9@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being places, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at megvanrensburg9@gmail.com
